North Branch’s Children’s & Family Programming
North Branch’s Children’s & Family Programming Welcome to the Hardin County Public Library’s North Branch Children’s Department! We offer several programs for our young patrons and their families. We are committed to promoting early literacy and encouraging a love of reading in school age readers. We are here to support your children’s reading needs with fun, education programming, book recommendations, school research assistance, and family friendly programs. It is our goal to be a resource for the community and we hope to encourage a love of reading in your children. All programs are free and no registration is required unless otherwise noted. Class times and dates can be found on our Facebook page and on the calendar in the kid’s section of the main library web page. Printed calendars are also available at the library. Class times and dates are occasionally changed throughout the year to better meet the needs of our patrons and reduced programming is scheduled during school breaks (Hardin County Schools). Classes may also be cancelled due to bad weather. Please feel free to contact the Children’s Department for updates. If you have any questions or would like to join our mailing list, please contact the Children’s Librarian.
