Come in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. A brief screening will be done before each  class to ensure that safety is paramount. Class size is limited due to space, so all attendees must be able to  participate. Patrons must be on time as waivers must be signed prior to class and all participants must be  present for beginning of class screening. Due to space limitations we cannot accommodate groups. Japanese Karate, a traditional style consisting of etiquette, warmup, basic striking, blocking & kicking  philosophy towards self-defense. This month, we will read and discuss Dragonsdawn by Anne McCaffery, the first (chronologically) of the Dragonriders of Pern series. Pern seemed like paradise to its new settlers until unimaginable disaster struck. Things seemed doomed until the colonists noticed small lizards taking up the fight with them. Soon scientists are close at work trying to come up with the thing Pern really needs, dragons!
