Babies and their caretakers sing songs, recite nursery rhymes and read a book together. We work on our fine motor skills by popping bubbles.
Korean martial art involving punching and kicking techniques. Improves flexibility, balance, posture, strength, and stamina.
One hour class. Gentle warm up including the eight brocades, an 800 year old series on movements designed for maximum benefit. None of this is strenuous; it improves balance and flexibility. Can be done seated for those with problems standing.

This women’s health class is facilitated by a pelvic floor physical therapist, explaining what the pelvic floor is, conditions such as urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, constipation, pregnancy & postpartum. The goal is to learn these can be common issues, and also how they can be improved.
