Head of Youth Services – Hardin County Public Library

Hardin County Public Library seeks an experienced professional with a passion for public libraries and the ability to engage and inspire children of all ages to serve as our Head of Youth Services.

Reporting to the Library Director, the Head of Youth Services is responsible for managing the youth services department. The successful candidate will be an advocate for children’s literacy and possess excellent supervisory and customer service skills. This full-time position requires flexibility, independent judgment, creativity, and enthusiasm.

Starting salary will depend on qualifications and experience. This full-time position offers a competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, retirement, annual paid vacation, annual paid sick leave, and 15 paid holidays.
