The HARDIN COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY has one job opening for a part-time bookmobile driver. Minimum requirements are a high school diploma, a valid Kentucky driver’s license with a good driving history, and excellent computer skills. Responsibilities include delivering library books and services to a diverse population throughout Hardin County. This 30 hour per week position includes occasional Saturday work. The applicant should be comfortable working and interacting with the general public and enjoy working with youth of all ages, the elderly, and those in special populations including at-risk youth, and those with disabilities. Applicant must be energetic, friendly, possess good communication skills, and be able to provide excellent customer service. Successful applicant will be required to submit to background check and drug/alcohol screening.
