Come in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. A brief screening will be done before each class to ensure that safety is paramount. Class size is limited due to space, so all attendees must be able to participate. Patrons will not be admitted after start time as waivers must be signed prior to class and all participants must be present for beginning of class screening. Please contact the library at least 3 days in advance of class if you will be coming in a party of three or more. *Class cancelled on January 9, 14, & 16.
