Wednesday, July 23 Creative Writing Workshop (3:00 – 5:00)
If you have a good idea, but don’t know where to start, this is the class for you! It combines teaching key elements of storytelling with awareness for the basic techniques of narrative strategies such as genre, audience, point of view, plot, and characterization. You’ll have time to practice with a brief writing exercise, and possibly for reading and commenting on the newly written material, for those interested. Sessions will continue each month.
