Did you know that upon death, a Power of Attorney (POA) is no longer viable?  And that in most circumstances, a POA is a better choice than a joint owner on your checking account?  Learn the differences between the financial and healthcare POA, and why perhaps it’s best to have different individuals named as the agent for each POA.  Register through the library at 270-769-6337.  If fewer than 2 register, class may be cancelled.  Call the library the day of the program to make sure it has not been cancelled.
